1) Authorize a contract with CAVoterConnect for the Voter Registration File data base software at $1,800 in Tier I ($150/month).

2) Authorize a contract with Cres Velluci to perform the services of Press Secretary at $3,300 in Tier I ($275/month)

3) Authorize a contract with Cres Velluci to perform the services of Layout and Managing Editor of Green Focus for one issue at $150 in Tier I

4) Authorize a contract with Marnie Glickman to perform Voter Registration File data base work ($1,000) and the resulting Volunteer recruitment and coordination ($1,000) in Tier I during the months of May and June 2011.

5) Except as otherwise provided for in these resolutions, funds budgeted for Committees and Working Groups that did not submit a FY2011-2012 work plan will be held until that Committee or Working Group submits a work plan to the Coordinating Committee that covers the use of said funds. The work plan shall also includes a record of when and how the work plan was approved. In FY2011-2012 this includes the Bylaws Committee, Clearinghouse Committee, International Protocol Committee, Electoral Reform Working Group, Grassroots Organizing Working Group, Green Issues Working Group.
